Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.

Please note that once the item has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it and you will have to refuse the parcel on delivery. We will proceed with the refund once the product is delivered back to us by our logistics partner.
