Due to the delicate nature of our products (teethers, pacifiers and meal sets), please note that all are listed under the non-returnable or non-refundable category.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately (within 2 days of delivery). We may request supporting evidence, such as images or videos, to assess the issue and provide appropriate solutions.

Shipping Costs :

In most cases, www.sophielagirafe.in shall bear the shipping costs in case of a return, replacement, exchange

In case of certain products, based on size and value, the platform will hold the discretion and be the final deciding authority on which party shall bear the shipping costs for return, replacement, or exchange.

Payment

If you are eligible for a refund, the following process will be followed:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund,If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

For COD transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount to the bank details as shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details.

It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
